The benefits of preschool
To send your child to preschool or not is one of the first big decisions of a child’s educational path. While preschool is not a requirement, it does offer a bountiful basket of benefits.
Children who go to preschool pick up social skills such as sharing and contributing ideas at an earlier age. This group experience will help to make the transition in to kindergarten a little easier.
Encourages independence and builds confidence. Sending your child to preschool allows them to explore on their own while simultaneously becoming more aware of who they are as they try and discover new things (regardless of whether or not they realize that’s what is happening at that time).
Start building an educational foundation. It’s really never too early to begin learning, and by placing your child in preschool, there is potential to boost their overall academic career.
