Get a better night’s sleep
The National Sleep Foundation reports 62 percent of American adults experiencing a sleeping issue, often called insomnia, a few nights a week or more.
To improve these issues, first examine your diet, exercise, sleeping environment, lifestyle and current stress level. Are there changes you can make? Here are a few more tips:
- Go to bed and get up at the same time each day
- Get regular exercise, but avoid exercise right before bed
- Keep your bedroom temperature comfortable and the sound and light to a minimum
