Fitness Talk: Arm Toning
Sporting toned arms can do wonders for one’s overall body image and it’s a far more easy goal to accomplish than you may think! If you’re working out at home, grab a set of dumbbells and get to work beginning with these three exercises:
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and grab a pair of dumbbells. Raise your arms overhead and then lower them back down to your shoulders for 20 reps.
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and grab a pair of dumbbells. Extend your arms out to a V-shape and then slowly back down to your sides. Do 20 reps.
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and grab a pair of dumbbells. With your right arm down, extend your left arm up and slightly to the right. Switch sides and do 20 reps.
