Missionpoint Health Partners Brings Onsite Clinic to Local Employers
MissionPoint Health Partners has partnered with Aegis Sciences Corporation to provide Aegis employees and their dependents with convenient access to quality care through an onsite MissionPoint Connect healthcare clinic. The clinic, now open at Aegis’s Metro Center location, will provide care to more than 450 Nashville-based Aegis employees and their dependents, with plans to extend services to additional employers in the future.
“We are pleased to enter into this partnership with Aegis Sciences Corporation,” said Allison Foulds, MissionPoint’s Vice President of Client Services. “We hope this is the beginning of many partnerships with local employers to improve their employees’ health through access to convenient, onsite care that is supported by the depth and breadth of the MissionPoint network.”
The goal of this partnership is threefold: first, to engage employees in the benefits of health and wellness, resulting in disease prevention and early intervention; second, to reduce absenteeism and boost productivity for employers by providing a convenient resource; and third, to build loyalty among employees by offering a valued benefit. Additionally, MissionPoint’s onsite clinics serve as a valuable extension of Saint Thomas Health, offering employees a unique entry point to care within the MissionPoint network.
“We decided to partner with MissionPoint because of the many benefits the partnership would bring to our employees and our company as a whole,” said Jeff Fisher, chief financial officer and chief culture officer for Aegis. “Having access to an onsite clinic will help improve the general health and wellness of our employees, which will result in healthier, happier employees and increased productivity for the company.”
