Join us in celebrating National Walking Day, April 2

As a proud sponsor of National Walking Day (April 2), Saint Thomas Health is encouraging everyone in the Nashville area to do something good (and healthy!) for themselves by going for a walk. Why? Because just 30 minutes of walking per day can go miles to improve your overall health, so if you aren’t already, why not start getting in to the habit now?

Got more than 30 minutes? Great! Consider hosting a walk with friends or neighbors, or change an office meeting in to a walking meeting.
