Grinder's Switch Winery bottles wine in honor of Daughters of Charity
No “wining” here. The employees and senior leadership of Saint Thomas Hickman took a break from the hospital and headed ten minutes up the road to work at Grinder’s Switch Winery in Centerville, Tennessee. They spent about two hours bottling a new, sweet, red wine. The wine is named in honor of the recently departed Daughters of Charity. Grinder’s Switch Winery will donate a portion of the sales to the Saint Thomas Hickman Foundation. The new wine is called Caritas which is Latin for charity. The wine will go on sale June 26, 2014 when Saint Thomas Hickman celebrates its 50th anniversary.
