5 natural remedies for better sleep

Sleep is imperative to helping your body function most efficiently. But sometimes, falling asleep can be difficult.   1. Keep a regular sleep schedule. Start getting in the habit of going to bed and waking up at the same time – even on weekends.
  2. Increase your light exposure during the day.
  3. Maintain a cool temperature in your bedroom.
  4. Avoid eating a large meal close to bedtime as your stomach working to digest food may keep you up longer.
  5. Exercise regularly.
